By accessing or using HugoStresser ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HugoStresser provides network stress testing tools for authorized security testing purposes. The Service is intended exclusively for testing systems that you own or have explicit written permission to test.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Test any target without proper authorization
• Use the Service for malicious attacks or unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute access without permission

4. Authorization Requirement

You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to conduct stress tests against any target you specify. Unauthorized testing may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Account & Payment

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Paid plans are subject to our pricing terms. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

HugoStresser is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the Service, unauthorized testing, or user negligence. You assume full responsibility for your actions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
